I hope you are all keeping well.
An update on the September courses. I have spoken to the Health Environment department in Hyndburn to get advice on guidelines for my courses. The requirements I must follow to complete the risk assessment for a safe classroom environment are endless, making the possibility of running my courses face to face for the time being impossible. Also there is the uncertainty in the next few month’s heading to winter.
At present my only option is to run online classes up to December – you could work with a laptop or tablet. As reluctant as I was to do the classes online, I have to say they are quite good as I see the students faces and we have a chat (I have been running some over July and August) and I have had good feedback from the students. I know it is not ideal, but it is the best I can offer you at the moment because I don’t have a choice.
Please contact me if you have any questions. I really hope the situation will have settled down by December and we could start with face to face classes in the new year. I really hope so!
In the meantime, take care of yourselves and hopefully see you soon.
I use a mix of reading, writing, listening and speaking activities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I work along with the school holidays. If you are not sure about your level come along for a trial session and find out. You can also change to other course that suits your level better. You can join at any time on a course and you will pay only for the remaining weeks.
I am looking forward to sharing your company and helping you to learn Spanish
